September 2017 Redondo Beach Real Estate Prices and Home Sales

September was another busy month in South Bay Real estate with a strong number of home sales along with some impressve prices.  Redondo Beach saw 86 home sales with a median price of $1,021,000.  To see all of the homes sold in the South Bay in September visit our recent home sales page.  The lowest price of the month was a Brookside Village condo selling for $436,500 and the highest home sale in Redondo Beach was an oceanfront new construction luxury condo at 1000 Esplande that closed at $3,250,000.

Redondo Beach Sees Year Over Year Home Price Increase for May of 2016

Redondo Beach, CA saw a year over year price increase in May with 96 homes sold this month at a median price of around $950,000 which was considerably up from $845,000 the prior May.  Redondo Beach was the only one of the Beach Cities (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach) to see gains over the prior year.  The 96 home sales is a big number for Redondo and is a good indication that the market activity has picked up with more homes coming on the market.  Click here to see the homes sold in Redondo Beach for May of 2016.

March 2016 Median Home Prices for Redondo Beach and the South Bay.

The numbers for March are in Redondo Beach saw another solid month with  89 homes sold in Redondo Beach and a median home price of $893,000 which was slightly up from the previous month.  There is a healthy number of new construction projects coming out in both north and south Redondo which is helping keep the home prices up.

January Home Prices in Redondo Beach Continue to Rise

January showed to be another strong month in the Redondo Beach real estate market with the median home price nearing almost $900,0000.  Demand continued with no end in sight as homes often sold quickly and over their asking prices.

September Home Sales in Redondo Beach and Beyond

Redondo Beach saw an impressive number of homes selling in September of 2015 to end the summer selling season with 97 closed escrows.  In addition the median home price in Redondo was $875,000 which shows significant gains in value over the past year.  The market was hot throughout Redondo Beach with homes in both North and South Redondo often selling quickly and with multiple offers.  Click here to see all of the homes sold in Redondo Beach in September of 2015.

Big Gains In May 2015 Median Home Prices in the South Bay

May was another huge month in terms of home prices in the South Bay with Hermosa Beach highest on the wow factor with a median price in May of $,1450,00, almost 32% higher than the year before.  Redondo Beach saw major gains as well with 106 homes selling in May with a median home price of over $844,000

September 2012 Closed Home Sales and Home Prices

Click on any South Bay city to view the sold homes in September 2012.  September was a strong month in terms of both the number of home sales as well as prices.  Combined median prices for the cities below reached their highest point since December of 2010, which was skewed by dramatically lower number of sales and number of home sales continued to be strong.  Monthly home sales were down a bit but the primary reason was the lack of inventory.
