North Redondo sits just east of Manhattan Beach and Hermosa and offers the most affordable housing in Redondo.
South Redondo extends all the way to the beach and the ocean so it has more of a beach living feel. Some of the highlights are the “Avenues” the Village & Seascape and the Village
The Golden Hills
The Golden Hills sits just east of Hermosa Beach and consists primarily of 2 story single family homes
While technically in the city of Torrance, the Hollywood Riviera has a Redondo Beach mailing address and is a fantastic neibhborhood.
The “TRW” tract is a small pocket of single family homes in North Redondo. Due to the zoning the area is exclusively single family homes giving it a nice neighborhood feel.
The Village & Seascape are oceanview condo complexes in South Redondo consisting of The Village, Seascape 1, 2 & 3
Life doesn’t get much better than this. There are a number of oceanfront condo complexes on the Esplanade.
Brookside Village is the most affordable community in South Redondo Beach offering great amenities and a park like setting.
Dining & Nightlife
There are loads of options for dining and drinks in Redondo Beach and the South Bay. Some of the highlights are Riviera Village in the Hollywood Riviera, the shops and restaurants in King Harbor and the Redondo Pier, downtown Hermosa and nearby Manhattan Beach.
