Welcome to the Hollywood Riviera. This is a fantastic neighborhood and happens to be one of my personal favorites. In general mansionization that has taken over much of the South Bay isn’t allowed in the Hollywood Riviera due to the Torrance hillside overlay that is in place to protect views.
As the Hollywood Riviera sits on the lower slopes of the Palos Verdes Peninsula there are some incredible ocean views. One of the best locations in Southern California is the bluff top oceanfront homes of Paseo De La Playa.
While the mailing address is Redondo Beach, the Hollywood Riviera is actually part of the city of Torrance.
