The Redondo Beach housing market remained strong in June 2026, with 62 homes sold and an average sales price of $1.66 million, up from $1.58 million in May. The median sales price also increased to $1.576 million, compared to $1.542 million the previous month, reflecting continued buyer demand for well-priced homes.

While closed sales dipped slightly from 63 in May to 62 in June, home values continued to trend higher. The average price per square foot rose from $867 to $902, highlighting ongoing appreciation across the market despite a modest slowdown in transaction volume. Overall, Redondo Beach remains a competitive South Bay real estate market with strong pricing and steady demand heading into the summer season.

The average asking price was $1,663,909 with the average sold price at $1,662,439 meaning homes generally sold for full price.

Of the homes that sold 32 were in north Redondo Beach 90278 with a $1,726,828
average price and 38 days on market.

25 were in south Redondo Beach or 90277 with an average price of $1,466,730 and 53 average days on market.

The remainder were located in the Hollywood Riviera which has a 90277 (South Redondo Beach) zip code but is actually in the city of Torrance.
