Welcome to the “Avenues”….one of Redondo Beach most sought after neighborhoods. The avenues are lettered street with “creative” names of Avenue A through Avenue H.The homes in this part of South Redondo primarily consist of single family homes with a few townhomes and condo complex spread throughout but generally densest around PCH. This is the part of Redondo Beach that feels closest to the beach (other than the oceanfront condos of Esplanade and Village). This area is walkable to the ocean and is very close to the charming Riviera Village shopping and dining downtown type area.
