Redondo Beach, CA saw a year over year price increase in May with 96 homes sold this month at a median price of around $950,000 which was considerably up from $845,000 the prior May. Redondo Beach was the only one of the Beach Cities (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach) to see gains over the prior year. The 96 home sales is a big number for Redondo and is a good indication that the market activity has picked up with more homes coming on the market.
