The TRW tract of North Redondo Beach is a unique neighborhood in the 90278 zip code as it generally only allows for single family homes giving it more of a neighborhood feel. This combined with some oversized lots make the community a great place to live. Most of the homes are 1950’s bungalows but some have been updated, upgraded, remodeled or even rebuilt. Homes are generally priced a bit over $1,000,000 depending on location and lot size. Recently two very nice properties came and went quickly and at prices rarely seen in this area.
