Redondo Beach saw another month of increased home prices and a lower number of home sales in February of 2014. The lowest price sale was a townhome style condo at 2012 Carnegie Lane that sold for $495,000 while the highest price sale was a townhome at 1800 Pullman that sold for $1,290,000.
