Redondo Beach, this was still a huge number for a “tall and skinny” in this part of north Redondo. Listed at $2,150,000 and closiing at $2,225,000, 1713 Haynes Lane was a 2019 Amiri built single family home with an impressive 2,400+ square feet on three levels. The home had an incredible coastal look an feel with white cabinetry, light oak floors, an open layout and more. We loved the house but this price definitely sets the new standard for homes in the Golden Hills of Redondo Beach.
