62 Redondo home sales with $1,970,427 average home price

Welcome to the Redondo Beach real estate market recap for March 2026.

Things definitely ramped up in the Redondo Beach real estate market with 62 homes closing escrow last month. That’s a big number and compared to 45 home sales in February and 31 in January…..it’s impressive.

The average asking price was $1,959,226 with the average sold price at $1,970,427 which was also a nice jump from February’s average price of
$1,669,976 and January’s $1,641,500 average.

The average price per square foot was $986 and homes averaged a very brief 27 days on the market (DOM) before going into escrow.

Of the homes that sold 36 were in north Redondo Beach 90278 with a $1,741,194 average price and 29 days on market.

21 were in south Redondo Beach or 90277 with an average price of $2,107,024 and only 17 average days on market.

The rest were in the Hollywood Riviera with a Redondo Beach 90277 mailing address but the homes are actually in the city of Torrance.

5 home sales with an average home price of $1,324,967

Welcome to the Hollywood Riviera real estate recap for November 2025. It was a slow month for the number of homes that sold and the average prices that they sold for.

There were only 5 home sales in November compared with 9 in October and 6 in September. The average “asking” price was $1,331,800 and the average sold price was $1,324,967 which was a healthy drop from $1,770,025 in September.

Homes averaged $981 per square foot and the average days on market for the homes that sold was 54.

9 homes sold last month compared with only 6 in September. The average list price was $1,754,433 and the average sale price was $1,770,025

The average price per foot was $999 and the average days on market for the homes that sold was a pretty incredible 19….so much for a down market.
