If March and April were disappointments, July was certainly a return to the very busy summer real estate market that is expected in Redondo Beach. The numbers are in and July was a big month in just aboout ever way. There were 93 home sales in July which was a huge month comared with 74 the year earlier. It was even impressive compared with the previous few months which were 40 home sales in April, 51 in May and 47 in June.
