It was a fairly slow month for Redondo Beach real estate with 44 on MLS home sales….but the sales prices remained very impressive.
The average “list” price was an impressive $1,514,040 with the average sold price at $1,475,977 which was quite a bit lower than the averag price $1,512,320 in October.
Homes averages $814 a square foot and averaged a very brief 44 days on market before going into pending status.
