The Village In Redondo Beach Real Estate Market Update
The real estate market in The Village, oceanview condos in South Redondo Beach, just couldn’t be hotter! One bedroom homes have skyrocketed in value in just the past few months. February 2015 Home Sales in North Redondo Beach

Redondo Beach saw another month of increased home prices and a lower number of home sales in February of 2014. The lowest price sale was a townhome style condo at 2012 Carnegie Lane that sold for $495,000 while the highest price sale was a townhome at 1800 Pullman that sold for $1,290,000. An Abundance of New Listings in The TRW Tract of North Redondo Beach

Bucking the trend of just about everywhere else in the Beach Cities, the small pocket in North Redondo Beach known as the TRW Tract has seen an abundance of new listings come to the market in the past few weeks. As of March 12th there are 4 active single family homes for sale and one home currently in escrow.
