Take a look below at the homes that sold in the Hollywood Riviera during the month of March 2022.  The activity level jumped a bit with 10 home sales during the month compared with only 4 during February.  The average “list” price was a pretty massive $1,977,100 with the average sold price at $2,128,100 meaning that, in general, homes sold WAY above the original list price. December 2017 Redondo Beach Home Sales – Median Price Tops $1.0M
