The median list price was $794,000 and the median sales price was $782,500 indicating a very strong “sellers” market. The lowest priced sale of the year was at $480,000 for a top floor studio unit (was the highest priced studio ever sold) at 610 The Village #302, with the highest priced sale of the year being a penthouse 2 bedroom + loft in Seascape 3 that sold for $1,275,000.
The average price per foot (keep in mind this can vary dramatically due to views and whether remodeled) was $835 and the average days on market was 43.
