South Bay Home Listings On the Rise….As Well as Pending Sales and Sold Homes

First the good news for buyers.  The number of new listings has continued to increase for the past several months with monthly increases since January (March was an exception). Unfortunately that hasn’t meant finding a home is any easier as the increase in listings has also seen a significant increase in home sales and pending escrows. Don’t over hype the property….home description that made me laugh

I have commented many times on terrible real estate  pictures, no home photos at all or multiple pictures of the exterior from virtually the same angle, but I’ve never really seen a description that made me laugh.  I’ve changed the city to protect the innocent

“Pretty good 4 Bd North Hawthorne Townhome with 2 bedrooms up and 2 bedrooms down….”

I’ll make sure to bring my buyers that are pretty qualified…..
