December 2017 Redondo Beach Home Sales – Median Price Tops $1.0M
The monthly sales are in for December and although it was a bit of a slower month in terms of the number of homes that sold, it was a very strong month for home prices in this coastal town. Redondo Beach recorded 78 homes sold in December at a median price of $1,018,000. While median prices have topped $1.0M in the past it’s still fairly rare. May was another huge month in terms of home prices in the South Bay with Hermosa Beach highest on the wow factor with a median price in May of $,1450,00, almost 32% higher than the year before. Redondo Beach saw major gains as well with 106 homes selling in May with a median home price of over $844,000
