Our most recent condo sale in South Redondo Beach was a beautiful ocean view 2 bedroom condo in the Seascape 3 building located at 520 The
Village #213, Redondo Beach CA 90277. We represented the buyers in this home sale.
The condo was originally priced at $1,149,000. We were able to negotiate the price to $1,089,000 and had the sellers to agree to pay the $50k+ special assessment prior to close of escrow.
It’s an end unit so the great news is that it has extra windows making for a very bright interior…..the downside is that it’s the unit closest to fairly busy Catalina Ave so it’s a bit busy out the back bedroom window. It has a decent ocean view from the balcony but no real view from inside the unit.
