2 bedroom condos hitting the market in The Village are a rarity. Even more rare is when there are a few on the market at similar times. While one unit just closed escrow there’s a new listing in the 620 building. This newest addition is another 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with big ocean views and an equally large asking price. It’s been very nicely upgraded and remodeled but the price doesn’t appear to be in line with the market at the moment. Given that the last one (not as nice but top floor) sold at $1,100,000 it’s pretty hard to determine where the $1,500,000 price comes from on this one. The view are great which is typical of most of the 2 bedrooms (they are always the end units closest to the ocean so they are always the best and most direct views) but it’s hard to see how they’re going to get anywhere near the list price.
