6 home sales at $3,447,930 average home price
September was a slower month for the number of homes that sold but an amazing month for the average home price.
September saw 6 homes close escrow compared to 11 sold homes in August. The average listing price was $3,491,000 and the average sold price was a HUGE $3,447,930.
That average price was extremely skewed, however, given the low number of home sales and the fact that one was an oceanfront home on 631 Paseo De La Playa that closed at $9,700,000.
The average price per foot was $1228 and the average days on market for the homes that sold was 65 days before going into escrow.
