April 2016 Median Home Prices & Home Sales in Redondo Beach CA

The April home sales numbers and median prices were once again impressive in Redondo Beach and throughout most South Bay cities. Some cities saw a drop in median prices from the previous year but all are still trending upwards from 2015.

Redondo saw 102 closed sales in April of 2016 with a median home price of $902,000.

Big Gains In May 2015 Median Home Prices in the South Bay

May was another huge month in terms of home prices in the South Bay with Hermosa Beach highest on the wow factor with a median price in May of $,1450,00, almost 32% higher than the year before.  Redondo Beach saw major gains as well with 106 homes selling in May with a median home price of over $844,000

February 2015 Home Sales in North Redondo Beach

Redondo Beach saw another month of increased home prices and a lower number of home sales in February of 2014.   The lowest price sale was a townhome style condo at 2012 Carnegie Lane that sold for $495,000 while the highest price sale was a townhome at 1800 Pullman that sold for $1,290,000.  The home was built in 2010 and was over 3200 square feet.  To see the homes that sold in February visit our South Bay monthly home sales information page.

September 2012 Closed Home Sales and Home Prices

Click on any South Bay city to view the sold homes in September 2012.  September was a strong month in terms of both the number of home sales as well as prices.  Combined median prices for the cities below reached their highest point since December of 2010, which was skewed by dramatically lower number of sales and number of home sales continued to be strong.  Monthly home sales were down a bit but the primary reason was the lack of inventory.
