There were 51 on market home sales during the month with a median sales price of $1,515,000 which was an impressive number.  Homes only averaged 14 days on the market before going into escrow.

How Does Redondo Beach Real Estate Market Compare with 2022?

Take a look below at how the real estate market in Redondo Beach for the first 3 months of 2023 compared with the first quarter of 2022.  It’s been a much slower start to the year thus far with only 97 sold homes in Q1 compared with 150 during the same months in 2022.  There have been 132 homes that have gone into escrow compared with 189 last year.  The number of active Redondo Beach homes for sale  changes daily but as of the end of March it was at 60 which is up so the slower market can’t all be attributed to the lack of inventory.

See the details and Redondo Beach home prices for September 2022. It was a slightly slower month for Redondo Beach real estate with 52 on MLS home sales….but the sales prices remained very impressive. The average “list” price was an impressive $1,581,037 with the average sold price at $1,570,616 meaning that, in general, homes sold slightly below full price. Homes averages $829 a square foot and averaged a very brief 28 days on market before going into pending status.

There were 53 homes that sold in August at a median sales price of $1,300,000.  Homes averaged 22 days on market and average price per square foot was $812.

The activity level was solid but slower with with 60 home sales during the month compared with 76 in April.  View all of the homes that sold in May in Redondo Beach.

Median sales price for the month was $1,552,000.  The average “list” price was a pretty massive $1,567,867 with the average sold price at $1,685,169 meaning that, in general, homes sold WAY above the original list price.

The average price per foot was $890 and average days on market was a very brief 10 days before going into pending status.
