The 2 level condo offers 2 suites + den/office along with 2.5 bathrooms.  The lower bedroom is spacious and private. 

The main level offers soaring ceilings with massive windows to capture the light and the incredible views out front.   Main level also features the galley style kitchen, oceanfront living and dining room as well as the office and laundry closet. 

The upstairs loft suite, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase, doesn’t quite feel like the primary due to it being somewhat open to the room below, but it offers a huge closet, bath and nice ocean views.  This level also features a private patio on the roof top deck (no views unfortunately)

The home slightly dated but we’re not sure that really matters as the features that feel a bit older don’t matter much when the views are what you’re paying for.

The amenities of Riviera shores are limited, but the complex does have a jacuzzi and sauna.  

The condo had been listed in 2019 for $1,600,000 but did not sell and was eventually pulled off of the market.

One of the newer listings to hit the market in Redondo Beach is actually a relist despite showing as a brand new listing. The remodeled oceanfront condo was pulled off of the market late 2023 and after a few winter months off of the market, is back on and ready for summer (despite our currently gloomy weather)

The layout is a bit unusual as there bedrooms and living spaces are on different levels (but not above the living areas), but spaces are all nicely updated and remodeled and the views are incredible.  The ground level location makes for a very large beachfront deck to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds just outfront. 

The condo has been extensively remodeled with features such as  wood floors, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, updated lighting, built ins, reimagined fireplace and more…..all with a coastal inspired color palette.  

The condo last sold in 2020 for $1,325,000 with some, but not all, of the remodeling already done.

Average Sales Price of $1,765,828

Welcome to the real estate market report for Redondo Beach in March of 2024.  It was a slower month in terms of the number of homes that sold and how long it took them to sell, but a huge month for the prices that they sold for. There were only 30 on market home sales and closed escrows during March which was a bit of a drop from the 38 in February, but up from the 26 in January….which was very slow. The average “list” price was $1,748,619 with the average sold price at  $1,765,828 which was a huge increase from Februarys $1,598,789 average, and January’s $1,565,843. Homes averaged $942 per square foot which was down slightly from March. The average days on market for the homes that sold was a relatively lengthy 47 but  median days on market was a pretty incredible 10.
