may 2022 market report - Redondo Beach home prices Average $1,685,000

The activity level was solid but slower with with 60 home sales during the month compared with 76 in April.
The average “list” price was a pretty massive $1,567,867 with the average sold price at $1,685,169 meaning that, in general, homes sold WAY above the original list price.
The average price per foot was $935 and average days on market was a very brief 11 days before going into pending status.
Welcome to the homes and real estate in North Redondo Beach California. The 90278 zip code consists of everything north of 190th Street which just about cuts Redondo in half. Below that is South Redondo.
North Redondo Beach offers an abundance of housing options and at more affordable prices than in the 90277 area. That’s primarily due to it being a bit further from the beach and zoning making for more townhomes and apartments.
North Redondo is just east of both Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach so unlike South Redondo, this part of town does not extend to the beach.
