We wrote about this home a month or two ago and wondered if north Redondo would support a list price of almost $4,000,000. The answer was a resounding yes.

Listed at $3,799,000 this home sold at almos full price closing at $3,790,000….and quickly.

This was one of the nicest homes we had ever seen in North Redondo Beach 90278, but this sales price was definitely impressive.

There have been a number of newer construction resale homes recently listing and selling close to $3M and now up from there and those are on much smaller lots. With a 7,500 foot lot on Ralston you get a big home and still plenty of backyard…..enough for a yard and a pool and spa. Like most new construction in the beach cities, the home has a “coastal plantation” look and feel with a very open layout and lots of white making for a bright and open feel.

This is Getting Crazy – Only 18 Homes for Sale in Redondo Beach

Inventory of Redondo Beach homes for sale always drops in December as owners don’t want the hassle of showings and open houses during the holidays but the level of available home inventory is starting to be a real concern. Considering that there were 125 homes for sale in December of 2020 it’s not hard to see that it’s a problem.
