We are proud to announce our latest home sale in Redondo Beach. We had the pleasure of represtnting the seller in this off market/pre-listing oceanview condo. Our most recent condo sale in Redondo Beach was a beautiful ocean view 1 bedroom condo in The Village located at 640 The Village #104, Redondo Beach CA 90277.

The condo was scheduled to hit the market in mid January after doing some updating and upgrading, but the sellers asked that we try to find a buyer prior to doing any renovation. We found an agent/buyer and the condo sold off market and actually closed and recorded on January 18th.

Although the condo was a first floor unit it had some pretty nice ocean views as the 630 and 640 buildings have two levels of parking so they’re almost a full story higher than the other buildings.

Top Floor Oceanview Condo Hits the Market in The Village

If you’re looking for something near the water in Redondo Beach…..this one might The Village owners pool in Redondo Beach be it. The most recent condo for sale in The Village Condos and Townhomes is a beautiful 1 bedroom oceanview condo. The combination of top floor location and unit number (higher the number closer to the water) means that this one has a tremendous harbor and ocean view compared with most units. In our opinion this one definitely is going to sell VERY quickly. Top floor condos sell for a premium with nobody above and a better view than even a level below. Another really nice feature of 3rd floor units is that the kitchen wall that was in the original build (people liked to separate living spaces back then) has been completely removed making for a much more open layout and loads more light. The one just below at 620 The Village #212 just listed for $789,000 and this is superior in every way…… priced at $785,000 will have huge appeal and will likely sell quickly with multiple offers.

The top home sale in Redondo Beach during the month of May was a HUGE almost 6,000 sq foot coastal plantation style single family home located at 632 S Irena.

The home offered 7 bedrooms, 9 total baths and an incredible backyard oasis complete with slat water pool, firepit, multiple TVs, gas tikis, bar area and putting green.

Unfortunately the home sold off market so we never had the chance to tour the home but it sounded incredible and sold for a big price tag.
