803 Paulina Redondo Hits the Market Again With a Huge Price

Sold for $4,625,000 in April of 2022

One of the most recent listings in South Redondo Beach, is a spacious single family home located at 803 N Paulina.  The home boasts and impressive and rarely seen 6,066 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 7 total bathrooms.  The location makes for some nice ocean and coast line views from the home and the incredible pool deck.

The home was listed last year at $3,995,000 and sold for (what we thought) was an incredible price of $4,625,000 which was $630,000 over the asking price!

Little did we know it would be back 16 months later at a number never before seen east of PCH.  The home is now listed for $6,750,000 which would make it the highest priced home east of PCH in South Redondo by $1,750,000.  The only home that even is in the same ballpark was 1063 Avenue C which closed in December of 2022 for an amazing $5,000,000.

The home was in great shape but the new owners did some pretty extensive renovation and lightened it up to feel more like a luxury beach home.

We love community events and summer brings out some really great opportunties to go to some unique events with family and friends.
There are a number of community events in the various South Bay cities and one we always like are the movie nights. Redondo Beach offers family movie nights starting in September and it’s always a fun time.

This years movie nights are presented by the Redondo Pier Association and Md Memorial Care Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital of Long Beach.

While the real estate market in Redondo Beach and most of the South Bay are as hot as ever, some homes don’t seem to be as quick to sell.

In the case of 1062 Avenue C it seems that it was purely just a matter of a pretty small buyer pool at such an exclusive price point.  The home was listed for $3,950,000 back in December (also not a great time to list a house) and just finally sold.  

What was a bit surprising is that after all that time the sellers still got a great price.  The home just sold at $3,805,000 which is a BIG number.

1062 Avenue C was new construction and located in a highly sought after part of Redondo.  It offered 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3,800+ square feet and a very nice sized 6,363 foot lot making for some great outdoor spaces.
