Sitting just off of the the Esplanade in South Redondo Beach and Torrance*, welcome to the condo complex of Vista Bahia in the Hollywood Riviera. Located at 201 Calle Miramar, Vista Bahia offers a great opportunity to live just steps from the beach and the downtown area of Riviera Village at a reasonable price. The building is right at the corner of Esplanade and Paseo De La Playa which are two of the most sought after streets in all of the South Bay.

These 4 oceanview complexes saw 24 condos that sold in 2019 The median list price was $794,000 and the median sales price was $782,500 indicating a very strong “sellers” market. The lowest priced sale of the year was at $480,000 for a top floor studio unit (was the highest priced studio ever sold) at 610 The Village #302, with the highest priced sale of the year being a penthouse 2 bedroom + loft in Seascape 3 that sold for $1,275,000.
