December 2017 Redondo Beach Home Sales – Median Price Tops $1.0M
The monthly sales are in for December and although it was a bit of a slower month in terms of the number of homes that sold, it was a very strong month for home prices in this coastal town. Redondo Beach recorded 78 homes sold in December at a median price of $1,018,000. While median prices have topped $1.0M in the past it’s still fairly rare.  just east of Manhattan Beach, it’s is a fantastic alternative to Redondo, Manhattan and El Segundo.  Prices would be exponentially higher if it were located just across the street, but the location still offers residents easy access to the active South Bay lifestyle with the beach, dining, shopping and more close by.
