Average Sales Price of $1,466,546

Take a look at the Redondo Beach homes that sold last month. It was a busier month in terms of the number of homes sold for Redondo Beach real estate with 51 compared to 40 in September.   Price were quite a bit lower but that was due to a few HUGE home sales in September that drove up the average. The average “list” price was $1,466,377 with the average sold price at $1,466,546 which is pretty incredible. Homes averaged $881 a square foot. Homes that sold averaged 35 days on market before going into pending status.

Listed at $4,195,000 and Sold at $3,915,000

One of the top home sales in Redondo Beach during September was actually in North Redondo Beach 90278.  That’s not often the case as South Redondo is closer to the beach and home values adjust accordingly. That being said 2403 Ralston Lane sold for almost $4,000,000 which would have been absolutely unheard of a year or two ago. The home was beautiful new construction on a large 7,500 foot lot. The location left a bit to be desired as it’s in a pocket that’s pretty close to commercial and industrial but Ralston still have a residential feel. Some of the highlight features of the home included three fireplaces, 10-inch-wide white oak hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, wine display rack in the dining room. Outdoor spaces were incredible with covered patio featuring gas fireplace and stone-enclosed BBQ grille, huge backyard with resort style pool and jacuzzi. In addition to the main living spaces, the home offers a 546 sq foot accessory dwelling with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.

See the details and Redondo Beach home prices for November 2022. It was a fairly slow month for Redondo Beach real estate with 44 on MLS home sales….but the sales prices remained very impressive. The average “list” price was an impressive $1,514,040 with the average sold price at $1,475,977 which was quite a bit lower than the averag price $1,512,320 in October. Homes averages $814 a square foot and averaged a very brief 44 days on market before going into pending status.

Redondo Beach Home Sales in January

Take a look at the homes that sold in the coastal community of Redondo Beach during the first month of 2021.  It was a pretty solid, although slower, month especially given that December is often a down month for homes going into escrow.  There were 62 property sales in Redondo Beach during January which was the lowest number of  home sales since last June.  The median “list” price was $1,199,950 with the median “sold” price at $1,241,000 indicating a very solid “seller’s” market and meaning that most homes sold well over the asking price. July Real Estate Recap for Redondo Beach

Welcome to the July real estate recap for Redondo Beach.

If March and April were disappointments, July was certainly a return to the very busy summer real estate market that is expected in Redondo Beach. The numbers are in and July was a big month in just aboout ever way.  There were 93 home sales in July which was a huge month comared with 74 the year earlier.  It was even impressive compared with the previous few months which were 40 home sales in April, 51 in May and 47 in June.  The median home price for the properties that sold in July was an extremely impressive $1,298,000.  View all of the homes that sold in July.

November Home Sales in Redondo Beach

The real estate market in Redondo Beach continued to remain strong with 72 closed home sales during the month with a median sales price of over $1.0M.   The median list price was $1,039,500 and the median sales price was $1,032,500 indicating a very solid seller’s market.  The highest price of the month was at $2,994,000 for new construction at 404 S Gertruda and the lowest price of the month was $425,000 for a one bedroom condo in Brookside Village in South Redondo.
