If you’re looking for something near the water in Redondo Beach…..this one might be it. The most recent condo for sale in The Village Condos and Townhomes is a beautiful 1 bedroom oceanview condo. The combination of top floor location and unit number (higher the number closer to the water) means that this one has a tremendous harbor and ocean view compared with most units. In our opinion this one definitely is going to sell VERY quickly. Top floor condos sell for a premium with nobody above and a better view than even a level below. Another really nice feature of 3rd floor units is that the kitchen wall that was in the original build (people liked to separate living spaces back then) has been completely removed making for a much more open layout and loads more light. The one just below at 620 The Village #212 just listed for $789,000 and this is superior in every way…… priced at $785,000 will have huge appeal and will likely sell quickly with multiple offers.
