Inventory on the Rise and Price Reductions More Common in the Golden Hills

The Golden Hills neighborhood of North Redondo Beach has seen inventory of unsold homes increasing over the past few months.  We’ve also noticed a trend of price reductions becoming more commonplace.  While some of this is simply due to some of the current homes for sale originally being priced too high, it may be the start of the market slowing a bit.  The prices in this part of 90278 have gone up so rapidly in the past few years that the increase was probably unsustainable.  Here is a look at the current homes for sale in the Golden Hills with 4 homes recently reducing their asking price.

Priced at $1,149,000 it’s priced on the higher end for a unti without a second floor loft, but as there’s nothing else like it on the market only time will tell.
