If buying a legacy type oceanfront home is on your 2024 new years resolution list……we’ve got great news.

The newest listing to hit the market in the Hollywood Riviera and Redondo Beach is an oceanfront estate sitting high on the bluff of Paseo De La Playa.

The home is the highest on the street (other than condo complex of Cote D’Azure) so it offers seemingly endless views of the ocean, South Bay and LA coastline and Palos Verdes.

The home itself is extremely spacious at almost 5,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms + an office that could be used as a 5th bedrooms and 7 total baths.

The outdoor spaces are incredible with massive views from multiple areas.  The owners has transformed these areas into a tropical oasis with oceanfront pool deck with tropical landscaping and resort like feel.

While the home is huge and the views and location are simply stunning, we don’t really see this one selling at or near their $15,000,000 list price.  One challenge is that given the location at the very top of the hill they don’t really have a path to the beach like some of the others on the street.

Without question this is a legacy type property so we’ll have to wait and see if the price deters or it’s uniqueness makes it appealing at the $15,000,000 mark.
