While this was one of the nicest homes we had ever seen in North Redondo Beach 90278, this price tag is going to really indicate just where the Redondo Beach real estate market can go.   There have been a number of newer construction resale homes recently listing and selling close to $3M and now up from there and those are on much smaller lots.  With a 7,500 foot lot on Ralston you get a big home and still plenty of backyard…..enough for a yard and a pool and spa.  Like most new construction in the beach cities, the home has a “coastal plantation” look and feel with a very open layout and lots of white making for a bright and open feel.  No doubt this home will sell as it’s beautiful….just a question of whether the north Redondo Beach real estate market will support this price and maybe even more.
