In the Redondo Beach real estate market, where inventory is extremely low, one
oceanfront building is certainly bucking the trend. The Ocean Plaza, at 531 Esplanade in South Redondo Beach currently has 5 condos for sale…all with great ocean views. Although the building sits ocean front, the bulk of the condos are on the side and the views can vary depending on the floor and how far east in the building the home sits. It would seem that Ocean Plaza, located at 531 Esplanade, is having a selling frenzy with 4 separate condos for sale. Due to zoning, South Redondo Beach offers some of the only high rise style buildings in the South Bay and Ocean Plaza is the tallest. The building features a pool and spa, club house style room, top floor workout room and most condos have big ocean views. Take a video tour of the oceanfront condos of the Esplanade in Redondo Beach. Although the Ocean Plaza building sits ocean front, most units are on the sides of the buildings with balconies angling towards the beach. In general the higher the floor, and further west in the building means bigger views.

For months now we’ve seen the construction happening at 1500 Esplanade. These oceanview condos are ideally located on the Esplanade with stunning views stretching from Palos Verdes and Catalina to Malibu. Sitting on the east side of the Esplanade, they offer unblocked and unblockable views. Realtors and buyers were eagerly awaiting the final product but unfortunately the developer had decided that he would only deal directly with buyers and did not want buyers to have their own representation.
