One of the top home sales in Redondo Beach during September was actually in North Redondo Beach 90278.  That’s not often the case as South Redondo is closer to the beach and home values adjust accordingly. That being said 2403 Ralston Lane sold for almost $4,000,000 which would have been absolutely unheard of a year or two ago. The home was beautiful new construction on a large 7,500 foot lot. The location left a bit to be desired as it’s in a pocket that’s pretty close to commercial and industrial but Ralston still have a residential feel. Some of the highlight features of the home included three fireplaces, 10-inch-wide white oak hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, wine display rack in the dining room.
