State of the Brookside Village Real Estate Market

The market has certainly slowed down in south Redondo Brookside Village with price reductions and lengthy days on market becoming the norm. Of the 4 active listings 3 have fairly significantly lowered the price since first listed. The other is new to the market. Of the 4 pending sales 2 of those reduced the price as well.

While there’s a few 55+ condos priced slightly lower, this one bedroom condo in Brookside Village is the least expensive home currently on the market in Redondo Beach.

Hitting the market on 10/25 this 750 square foot top floor condo is listed at $515,000.  That’s not dramatically lower than the last few one bedroom sales, but it appears to be priced pretty well.

It’s a bit hard to tell the condition it’s in as the listing photos are definitely not making it shine, but based on what we can tell it appears to be a nice property and a great price.  The 2nd floor condo has had some upgrades including granite counters, stainless appliances, laminate floors and more.
