We are proud to announce our latest home sale in Redondo Beach.  We had the pleasure of represtnting the seller in this off market/pre-listing oceanview condo.  Our most recent condo sale in Redondo Beach was a beautiful ocean view 1 bedroom condo in The Village located at 640 The Village #104, Redondo Beach CA 90277.

The condo was scheduled to hit the market in mid January after doing some updating and upgrading,  but the sellers asked that we try to find a buyer prior to doing any renovation.  We found an agent/buyer and the condo sold off market and actually closed and recorded on January 18th.

Although the condo was a first floor unit it had some pretty nice ocean views as the 630 and 640 buildings have two levels of parking so they’re almost a full story higher than the other buildings.

434 Calle Miramar the ONLY Hollywood Riviera Home to Sell in January

While the overall real estate market in Redondo Beach was pretty slow in January, the market in the Hollywood Riviera came to an almost complete stop.    There was only one property that closed escrow in the Hollywood Riviera during the entire month.

The only closed sale was a 2 bedroom townhome at 434 Calle Miramar in the Village Palos Verdes complex.  The location of this complex is great as it’s just blocks to the ocean and beach but does get a bit of road noise.  This 2 bedroom unit is the smallest layout with a bit under 1,400 square feet.  Some units have great ocean views but unfortunately 434 Calle Mirarmar didn’t offer any ocean views but certainly enjoys the beach breezes and weather.
