Welcome to the month that was for home sales in Redondo Beach California. There were 50 home, townhome and condo sales compared with 42 in June, 58 in May and a really impressive 69 in April. The average asking price was $1,619,988 with the average sold price at $1,608,980 which was pretty on track, although well below the unusually high average of $1,837,048 in June Homes averaged $947 per square foot and the average days on market for the homes that sold was a very short 21 before going into escrow.

Average Sold Home Price of $1,837,048

Despite not being quite as impressive as April or May, it was a sold month for home sales and home prices in Redondo Beach.

There were 42 home, townhome and condo sales compared with 58 in May and a really impressive 69 in April.  

The average asking price was $1,790,615 with the average sold price at $1,837,048 which was a huge jump from $1,608,589 in May.    

That was the highest sold price we’ve seen since September 2023 and that was a historic high.  Homes averaged $785 per square foot and the average days on market for the homes that sold was a brief 34 with an incredibly quick median of 8 days on the market.
