Average Sold Home Price of $1,514,501

Welcome the August 2024 real estate market recap for home sales in Redondo Beach California.

There were 57 home, townhome and condo sales compared with 50 in July, 42 in June, 58 in May.

The average asking price was $1,504,825 with the average sold price at $1,514,501 which was about $100,000 below the July average but still fairly standard. 

Homes averaged $889 per square foot which was also a bit down from $947 in July.  Homes averaged 30 days on market before going into escrow.

The average asking price was $1,619,988 with the average sold price at $1,608,980 which was pretty on track, although well below the unusually high average of $1,837,048 in June Homes averaged $947 per square foot and the average days on market for the homes that sold was a very short 21 before going into escrow.
