2025 A Down Year for Brookside Village Condo Sales

Brookside Village Real Estate - Year in Review

It was a slow year for condo sales in Brookside Village with only 10 sales during the year.  That was well below the historic average.  For comparisons sake there were 12 sold homes in 2024, 19 in 2023, 20 in 2022, 24 in 2021 and 26 in 2020.   Here is how it broke down this past year:

The average sale price in Brookside Village in 2025 was $773,540

  • One bedroom condos – 2 sold homes in 2025 with an average price of $537,500 and median price of the same
  • Two bedroom condos – 3 sold homes in 2025 with an average price of $676,000 and median price of $668,000
  • Three bedroom condos – 4 sold homes in 2025 with an average price of $968,750 and median price of $972,500

As of 1/21/26 there is only one condo for sale in Brookside Village.

46 home sales in November with $1,614,231 average home price

Welcome to the Redondo Beach real estate market recap for November 2025.

It was a solid month for the number of homes that sold while average home prices dipped a bit from prior months.

There were 46 home sales in November compared with 60 in October, 43 in September, and 57 in August.

The average asking price was incredible at $1,635,174 with the average sold price at $1,614,231 which was a bit below October’s average of $1,667,068 and a big drop from the unusually high average price of $1,897,920 in September. 

The average price per square foot was $891 and homes averaged a relatively low 41 days on the market (DOM) before going into escrow.

Of the homes that sold 21 were in north Redondo Beach 90278.  20 were in south Redondo Beach or 90277  and the rest were  in the Hollywood Riviera with a Redondo Beach 90277 mailing address but the homes are actually in the city of Torrance.

Welcome to the Redondo Beach real estate market recap for October 2025.

It was a fantastic month for the number of homes that sold while average home prices dipped a bit from prior months.

There were 60 home sales in Octpber compared with a very low 43 in September, 57 in  August, 67 in July, and 54 in June.

The average asking price was incredible at $1,670,055 with the average sold price at $1,667,068 which was a big dip from the unusually high average price of $1,897,920 in September. 

The average price per square foot for August home sales was $929 and homes averaged a relatively low 37 days on the market (DOM) before going into escrow.

Of the homes that sold 35 were in north Redondo Beach in the 90278 zip at an  average price of $1,637,409 which was way above September’s $1,465,842.  20 were in south Redondo Beach or 90277 with an average price of $1,713,600 and the rest were home sales in the Hollywood Riviera with a Redondo Beach 90277 mailing address but the homes are actually in the city of Torrance.

Welcome to the Redondo Beach real estate market recap for August 2025. It was a fantastic month for average home prices in Redondo Beach although the number of homes dipped a bit from July. There were 57 home sales in August compared with 67 in July, 54 in June, and 60 in May. The average asking price was $1,794,473 with the average sold price at and extremely impressive $1,772,264 which well up from $1,635,025 in July, $1,661,065 in June and $1,653,000 in May.  The discrepancy between list and sold price does show a bit of a shift towards a more balanced market. The average price per square foot for August home sales was $900. and homes averaged 40 days on the market (DOM) before going into escrow. Of the homes that sold 33 were in north Redondo Beach in the 90278 zip at an $1,602,591 average price.  16 were in south Redondo Beach or 90277 with an average price of $1,847,226 and the rest were home sales in the Hollywood Riviera with a Redondo Beach 90277 mailing address but the homes are actually in the city of Torrance.
