Only 26 Sold Homes in Redondo Beach in January 2024

26 Redondo Beach Homes Sell To Start the Year

Average Sales Price of $1,565,843

Take a look at the Redondo Beach homes that sold in January 2024.  .

It was a SLOW month in terms of the number of homes sold for Redondo Beach real estate with only 26 homes closing escrow compared to 55 in December, 48 in November and 51 in October.  It wasn’t completely surprising as December is always a slow month for homes listing and going into escrow which means January closings are usually the lowest of the year.

The average “list” price was $1,600,310 with the average sold price at $1,565,843 compared to $1,518,488 in December.

Homes averaged $861 a square foot compared to $852  in December.  Homes took a bit longer to sell and averaged 50 days on market before going into escrow.
