The latest condo to hit the market  in South Redondo’s Brookside Village is currently the lowest priced home on the market in all of Redondo Beach. (*excluding 55+ units that are generally always less expensive) 

605 S Prospect #106 is a ground floor 1 bedroom with a little under 700 square feet. 

We haven’t been through just yet and with no interior photos it’s a bit tough to know the condition, but the listing states that it’s a pretty extensive remodel with new kitchen and bath, new flooring and more.

New construction single family homes are fairly rare in North Redondo Beach so it’s always slightly difficult to guage the demand.  

The newest listing at 2302 Ives Lane will be an interesting test for the very highest end of the N Redodo real estate market.  

Listed at $3,750,000 that’s a very big number in slightly cooling market. There are some relatively equivalent home sales in the past 8 months but the challenge is lot size and location.  The home is pretty far east for the price.

The best comp is 2317 Ralston Lane which sold at $3,790,000 back in June but that was a hotter market.  We’ll have to wait and see if the luxury market is still as strong as it had been a few months back.
