While the rest of the real estate market in Redondo Beach and much of the South Bay may be slow, that’s definitely not the case in Brookside Village. What a 30 days it’s been with 8 condos closing escrow in the past month, 2 currently in escrow and only one active condo for sale in Brookside Village.

It’s all about affordability….

It certainly makes sense as Brookside Village is the most affordable complex in South Redondo and with higher interest rates, these lower priced homes (compared to the rest of Redondo Beach) are definitely going to have an appeal.

Seems Like the Entire Oceanfront Redondo Esplanade is For Sale

If it’s not something in the water…..it must be something about living on the water. In the past 2 weeks there have been three beachfront/oceanfront homes that have come on the market. There hasn’t been much available in The Village condos in South Redondo Beach in the past few months but all of the sudden we have 3 units for sale. 2 of the units are one bedroom (by far the most common as every floor in each building only has 2 studios in the rear and 2 two bedroom which are always oceanfront…everything else is a one bedroom).
