Welcome to the February 2022 real estate recap for the month that was in Redondo Beach home sales and home prices.  Below is a full list of the homes, townhomes and condos that sold in all of Redondo Beach during February.

It was a very slow slow month for closed home sales in Redondo with only 37 on MLS homes closing escrow during the month.  Compare that to the 71 homes that closed escrow in December and it’s not hard to see just how slow the market was.

The average “list” price in Redondo was $1,244,162 with the average sold price at $1,330,530 meaning that, in general, homes sold WAY higher than the list price. What a year it was for the real estate market in Redondo Beach.  There wereesplanade condos 1015 on MLS home sales and closed escrows during the year.  The average “list” price was $1,348,000 and the average “sold” price was an impressive $1,388,000 meaning homes generally sold WAY over the asking price.  Average price per foot is $767 and the average days on market was a brief 20 before going into pending status.
